Tom Morgan is a Chartered Physiotherapist and founder of Tom Morgan Physio Solutions.
His clinical background spans NHS rehabilitation services and private physiotherapy practice, working with people experiencing a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, mobility and rehabilitation needs.
His clinical interests include orthopaedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, strength, balance and helping people maintain confidence and independence with movement.
WHY I CREATED TOM MORGAN PHYSIO SOLUTIONS
Tom Morgan Physio Solutions was developed around a simple idea: rehabilitation should be clear, structured and practical.
Whether someone is receiving individual physiotherapy, attending a group exercise class or using one of the digital recovery guides, the aim is to provide clear information and progressive rehabilitation that helps people understand what they are working towards.
The business brings together three related areas:
INDIVIDUAL PHYSIOTHERAPY
Personalised assessment and rehabilitation, including mobile/home physiotherapy appointments.
STRENGTH & BALANCE EXERCISE
Physiotherapist-led exercise designed to support strength, balance, mobility and confidence.
DIGITAL REHABILITATION eGUIDES
Structured resources designed to help people understand and progress through rehabilitation following major orthopaedic surgery.
ORTHOPAEDIC AND POST-SURGICAL REHABILITATION
Tom has a particular interest in rehabilitation following surgery, including hip replacement, knee replacement, ACL reconstruction, shoulder rehabilitation and other orthopaedic rehabilitation.
The digital guides were created because patients frequently need clear information between appointments about what to expect, which exercises to perform, when to progress, walking and mobility, everyday activities, and return to exercise.
NEUROLOGICAL / MOBILITY REHABILITATION
Tom's clinical experience also includes neurological rehabilitation. He currently works within an NHS Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team, alongside his private physiotherapy practice, helping people improve mobility, walking, strength and balance.
This experience informs the Strength & Balance Class, which supports people managing reduced mobility, balance difficulties or neurological conditions to move safely and with confidence.
