Tom Morgan Physio Solutions offers annual rehabilitation guide licences for organisations that want to provide professionally written patient education and rehabilitation resources to multiple patients or clients.
The licence options are designed for physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation companies, care providers, personal training businesses, MS organisations, charities and larger multi-site networks. Organisations can choose from the six current guides: Hip Replacement, Knee Replacement, Shoulder Replacement, ACL Reconstruction, Multiple Sclerosis and Strength & Balance. One guide supplied to one individual end user counts as one copy.
12-month licence options
Clinic Licence – 25 Guide Copies — £499
For one clinic or business to provide up to 25 individual guide copies to its own patients or clients during the 12-month licence period. Copies can be selected across the current rehabilitation guide range. End users may retain the copy supplied to them.
Clinic Plus Licence – 100 Guide Copies — £1,499
For one clinic, rehabilitation provider or organisation to provide up to 100 individual guide copies to its own patients, clients or members during the 12-month licence period. Copies can be mixed across the current guide range.
Organisation Licence – 500 Guide Copies — £4,999
For one larger provider or organisation to provide up to 500 individual guide copies to its own patients, clients or members during the 12-month licence period. Contact us for bespoke requirements above 500 copies.
Need more than 500 copies?
Bespoke enterprise licensing is available for organisations needing more than 500 copies, a different usage structure or a larger multi-site arrangement. Email enquiries@tommorganphysiosolutions.com with the expected number of users, sites and guide areas required.
What is included?
An active licence allows the named purchasing organisation to provide guide PDFs directly to its own patients, clients or members within the purchased 12-month copy allowance. One guide supplied to one individual end user counts as one copy, and copies can be selected across the current guide range.
The guides remain branded Tom Morgan Physio Solutions resources. Licences do not allow public uploading, resale, sublicensing, modification, removal of branding or copyright information, or distribution outside the licensed organisation.
Why organisations use a guide licence
A licence gives teams a consistent resource they can use alongside individual clinical care, rather than requiring each patient or client to purchase a guide separately. It can also reduce repeated explanation of general rehabilitation information while giving patients something structured to refer back to at home.
Need a custom licence?
If your organisation needs more than 500 copies, a different usage structure, a specific combination of guides, charity or community-wide access, or another tailored arrangement, email enquiries@tommorganphysiosolutions.com with the organisation name, approximate number of sites and expected distribution volume.
Frequently asked questions
Can we share the guides with our patients or clients?
Yes. That is the purpose of the organisation licence, provided distribution stays within the allowance for the active licence tier and is for the purchasing organisation's own patients or clients.
Can we mix different guides within our copy allowance?
Yes. The allowance can be used across the current rehabilitation guide range. Each guide supplied to one individual end user counts as one copy.
Can we upload the PDFs to our public website?
No. The licence is for internal organisational use and direct distribution to patients or clients. Public uploading, resale and sublicensing are not included.
What if our organisation needs more than 500 copies?
A bespoke enterprise licence can be discussed for requirements above 500 copies or where different usage terms are needed. Email enquiries@tommorganphysiosolutions.com with your expected usage.
